Oh, Brother! Literally. We have one in the office and it has been decommissioner after under a year of use. It recently decided not to pick up paper or envelopes. No matter what we did it would not relent. Hooked up to the big Bizhub which means we walk across the office to pick up our stuff. No big deal. Brother (just like the one in the picture)is due to go to the desk top printer valhalla very soon. Did not know it was such a drag on electrical power! That is very important to us. Now I will miss the silly thing less than ever.
